The name OSPAN ( Ondo state Association of Housing and Landed property Agents of Nigeria was established in 1985 with some group of integrity Real Estate agents, later the Association name was reviewed under d new management and it was metamorphosed to REMASSOS in compliance with 24th century trends.
The Association is a regulatory body to all Real Estate practitioners under the Association structures.
REMASSOS was registered 18th May, 2018 with Reg. No- 111549.
As required by law of the state, members are certified with the issuance of Operating licence thru Ministry of commerce and industry of Ondo State.
The members cut across the 18 local govts d state with over a thousand.
September 3rd, 2024, The Association staged a self-sponsored solidarity rally to ODHA in support of Anti-land grabbers bill. The bill was passed into law on 24 Dec. 2024.
February 26, 2025, The Association Executives organised a maiden edition of the Annual seminar as part of the opportunities in the Association.
